Does tracking need extra hardware?

No. Position comes from the driver app on an ordinary phone. Dedicated vehicle trackers can complement it but are not required.

Can customers see the driver’s exact position?

The tracking page shows what you choose: live position and ETA, or status milestones only. It is your call per operation.

How accurate are the ETAs?

ETAs are recalculated continuously from the vehicle’s actual position and remaining stops, so they tighten as the delivery approaches.
