Features Delivery notifications

Notifications that empty the phone line.

Customers are told when the order ships, when the van is near and when the parcel lands, automatically, with a tracking link in every message.

The MLogTech dispatch dashboard for a depot: this week's routes, fleet overview, inspections needing attention, document renewals and pending driver requests

What gets sent, and when.

Recipient emails, by status

Out-for-delivery, delivered and failed each send a branded email to the recipient, with a per-company on/off switch.

A tracking link in every message

Each email carries the branded public tracking page, so the recipient can follow the delivery themselves.

Driver push with deep-link

The driver’s own push notifications open the exact document or screen they point to, not a generic inbox.

See the whole platform, not just one feature.

See it against your own data first.

  • From login to a published route in under a minute
  • Import orders from CSV or API

Common questions

Which channels are supported?

Recipients are updated by branded email today (out-for-delivery, delivered and failed), each switchable per company. Drivers get in-app push. More recipient channels are on the roadmap; tell us which one your operation needs.

Can I control when messages are sent?

Yes. Each status has its own switch and template per company, so you send exactly as much as your customers want.

Do notifications reduce failed deliveries?

A recipient who gets an out-for-delivery email with a live tracking link is far more likely to be there, which is the single biggest lever on first-attempt success.
