Terms of Service.
Last updated: July 17, 2026 (draft)
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the MLogTech platform: the web application, the driver application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
2. The Service
MLogTech provides delivery management software, including route planning, driver applications, proof of delivery capture, tracking and reporting. We may improve or modify features over time; material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you load into the Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under them.
- You confirm you have the right to process the personal data (such as customer names and addresses) that you handle through the Service.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or to resell access without a written agreement.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed per driver or per order volume, monthly or annually, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Plans renew automatically until canceled; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Data
Your operational data remains yours. We process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period before deletion.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design and documentation, is owned by MLogTech and its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and performant, with maintenance windows communicated when disruptive. Support channels and response targets depend on the plan.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and MLogTech's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
